Absolutely Wild’s first client was CBRE, then ESG.
They have worked together for twenty years. First producing their weekly florals for the NY headquarters, then Christmas parties and various events at NYC landmark locations. New York Central Park, the Intrepid, The Natural History Museum, Jazz at Lincoln Center, One World Trade Center, The Harvard Club - just a few of the venues over the years. In 2008, Absolutely Wild was invited to design the Crystal Party for the Mount Sinai Hospital (hyperlink to Mount Sinai photos. It was quite the undertaking. Setting up 150 tables, seating for 1500 guests, custom lighting and site specific acoustics for dinner & dancing, in the atrium of the hospital. It presented challenges for sure. With careful attention to design, planning, logistics and time management with the hospital’s event team and the rest of the lighting, production teams we were delighted to create a memorable event for all involved. The event was so successful, upon the wonderful reviews the next morning, Absolutely Wild was asked to do the event for the next year.
Thus began the journey to large scale events. (Note: we will forward a before and after photo, soon).
The next year AW was invited to do the Spotlight gala for the NJPAC. The wonderful collaborative experience led to a decade of collaborations at the NJPAC.
